Emilie Yoda

Emilie Yoda is a Policy and Research Associate at gui2de, where she primarily supports Professor Jishnu Das on research and policy projects in education and health in low- and middle-income countries. Before joining gui2de, she worked at the OECD on inclusive growth, regional disparities, and demographic change, and at the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs on social statistics. She has also contributed to research on health financing and universal health coverage in sub-Saharan Africa through Japan-funded projects involving Hitotsubashi University, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and the World Bank. Her research focuses on improving population health, access to essential services, and health equity. Emilie holds an M.A. in Public Policy from Waseda University, with a concentration in applied economics.
