Arnesh Chowdhury

Arnesh Chowdhury is a Program Manager at gui2de, where he leads the operational management of the Supporting Teacher Achievement in Rwandan Schools (STARS) project. In this role, he plans and coordinates the implementation of key interventions, working closely with Principal Investigators and various stakeholders to collaboratively design and execute the program. 

Prior to joining gui2de, Arnesh worked as a Research Manager with J-PAL in India for over 6 years, where he led the implementation of RCTs in both the field as well as lab-settings across a range of sectors, including education, labor, health, agriculture, governance and social networks. He enjoys applying his extensive skills and experience in operational planning and execution to shape the implementation of evidence-based scale-ups.

Arnesh graduated from Georgetown University in 2022 with a Masters in Policy Management, and also holds an MBA in Rural Management and BS in Physics.
