Whitney Odden

Whitney Tate (Odden) serves as gui2de‘s Director of Programs after spending a year as the the Program Coordinator for gui²de’s Zusha road safety project in East Africa.  As Director of Programs, Whitney oversees gui2de‘s grant portfolio and the operations of the recently opened gui2de East Africa office in Nairobi, Kenya.

Whitney was also gui²de’s Graduate Assistant during her time at Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy, where she received her Masters in 2014.  Following graduation, Whitney worked on several Early Child Development evaluation projects for the World Bank at the Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) and the Strategic Impact Evaluation Fund.  Whitney graduated from Dartmouth College in 2009 with an A.B. in Government and Arabic Language.
