Josephine joined gui²de – East Africa as an Administrative Assistant in 2016. Over time, her role expanded to include responsibilities as a Project Operation Coordinator. She manages general office operations and provides both administrative and field support for gui²de’s projects. She also coordinates project operations, ensuring smooth execution of field activities. Some of the gui2de projects that Josphine has worked on include Value of a Statistical life (VSL) and Barriers to the Adoption of New Goods: Motorcycle Helmets in Nairobi. Prior to joining gui²de, Josephine worked for the Kenya Bureau of Standards, the Postal Corporation of Kenya, and Bodar Limited as a Customer Care agent. She has a Diploma in Business management from the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and a Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management from Mount Kenya University (MKU).
